Case Profile

In Order To Fulfill The Request Of Heat Resistance, We Choosethe High Temperature Resistance Canvas As The Carcass With High Modulus, Lowshrinkage And High Breaking Tensile Strength. And EPDM Rubber Or Chlorinated Butyi Rubberwith Good High Temperature Resistance Performance Is Used As Cover Rubber. Meanwhile,We Also Mix Other High Temperature Resistance Materials Through Compositing Andvulcanizing During The Process. In This Way, We Not Only Solve The Shrinkageand Deformation Of The Fabric Core, But Also Avoid Poor Adhesion Between Layerscaused By High Degree Of Saturation Of Ethylene Propylene Rubber. The Belt Showsproperties Of Heat Resistance, Low Elongation,  Light Weight And Longer Working Life, Etc.

Two Circumstances Are Suggested To Be Considered Whenchoosing Proper Belts,

N Thedifferent Kinds And Sizes Of The Granules Of Carrying Materials Will Lead Todifferent Temperatures Of The Belt Surface. The Temperature Of The Surface Ofthe Belt Is Lower Than That Of The Materials As There Exist Gaps Among Lumps Ofcokes Or Iron Ores When Conveying, And The Gaps Lead To Air Convection. 

N  The Temperatures Between Carryingmaterials And The Belt Surface Almost Remain The Same Level When Materials Arein A Small Size Of Granules Or In Powder, Such As Cement, Aluminum, Cartonblack Etc. Choosing A Belt Under Such Circumstance, Not Only The Temperature Ofthe Carrying Materials Has To Be Known, But Also The Heated Status Of The Beltsurface Has To Be Learnt During The Practical Operation.
